As International Client Services Marketing Intern will work for the central HQ to enhance shaping the strategic positioning of Cartier Services across all client touchpoints (Retail, E-commerce, Communication, Events, Activations). /p h3HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT? /h3 h3Drive the 360° Services Marketing Communication Roadmap (Online Offline) /h3 ul liConsolidate and formalize the global Services communication roadmap /li liBuild and maintain the Services wave plan across: Global campaigns, Media Press, Events, Client Relations initiatives, E-commerce /li liProvide benchmarks market intelligence to integrate strategic insights into global Services strategy /li liMonitor the performance of visibility initiatives and qualitative feedback from Regions /li liDeliver strategic synthesis decks for senior stakeholders /li /ul h3Pilot the cartier.com Services Section /h3 pIn close collaboration with Communication and E-commerce teams, you will: /p ul liEnhance the Client journey flows, UX logic, architecture and value proposition /li liConduct in-depth digital benchmarks /li liCoordinate content upgrades and validation with stakeholders /li liSupport go-live preparation and internal communication toolkit /li /ul h3Support the International Client Services team on strategic added-value services projects /h3 ul liEvolution and positioning of Added-Value Services (e.g. personalization, post-purchase excellence, exclusive service experiences) /li liStructuring business cases and opportunity assessments /liliPreparation of executive-level synthesis materials for decision-making /li liCross-functional coordination with Retail, E-commerce, Operations, Manufactures, Regions Markets /li /ul h3Required Experience Profile /h3 ul liBachelor or master’s degree in marketing, Administration, Luxury or Project Management /li liA first experience in Marketing, Communication, Digital or Client Experience /li liAnalytical mindset and structuring skills, along with a good knowledge of Excel and Power Point /li liStrong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams /li liExcellent interpersonal and communication skills /li liSerious, proactive and appreciate the world of luxury /li liFluent in English (written and spoken); French is a strong plus /li liCurious, intellectually demanding and genuinely interested in Luxury and Client Experience /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
