As International Employer Branding Intern, you will have the opportunity to work with the Employer Branding and Academic Relations team in rolling out the new EVP (Employee Value Proposition) on all external channels, ensuring a consistent and compelling employer brand presence externally. /p pThis internship will offer you exposure to cross-functionally with HR (particularly Talent and HR Communications), Marketing Communications, and Digital teams to create engaging content and ensure a consistent and compelling employer brand presence for external and potential candidates. /p h3How will you make an impact? /h3 h3Employee Value Proposition (EVP) roll-out /h3 ul liInfuse the new EVP in all our external channels, updating texts and assets, and exploring new formats to evoke the EVP /li /ul h3Content Creation /h3 ul liCreate engaging content (text, images, video) showcasing Cartier's new EVP (culture, values, and employee experiences). /li liDevelop employee stories and testimonials. /li liEnsure consistent branding and messaging across all employer branding materials. /li liFollow the competition through EB benchmarking analysis. /li liIdentify effective and proficient agency partners for videography and post production releases. /li /ul h3Digital Presence /h3 ul liMaintain and update Cartier's careers website to ensure optimal performance and user experience. /li liMonitor and manage Cartier's employer brand reputation across external channels. /li liFollow the KPIs and performance analytics. /li liAssist in crisis management following a clear governance and escalation process a when technical issue arises on any of our external channels and platforms. /li liExplore new channels and propose content based on channel consumption. /li /ul h3Social Media Engagement /h3 ul liExecute Cartier's employer branding social media strategy across platforms such as LinkedIn and Glassdoor. /li liManage social media channels to attract and engage potential candidates. /li liMonitor social media trends and provide insights to the team. /li /ul h3Required Experience Profile /h3 ul liCurrently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field. /li liStrong understanding of social media and digital marketing. /li liExcellent writing, editing, and presentation skills. /li liProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). /li liExperience with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro) is a plus. /li liExperience with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva) is a plus. /li liFluency in English is required; French is a plus. /li /ul h3What do we offer /h3 ul liWe create a positive environment and highlight your personal and team performances. /li liWe’re fully transparent and share with you: Maison strategies, key information, needs of others Corporate Departments. /li liWe constantly educate you with: Cartier’s savoir-faire, competitive landscape, industry news, client experience best practices. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
