  • Success-oriented team and performance management: daily management of the SDR team to ensure KPIs are met, setting individual performance targets, continuous progress tracking and targeted feedback for further development
  • Strategic sales development: designing the sales strategy and building the necessary infrastructure to achieve the defined KPI targets
  • Individual skills development: coaching and individual feedback sessions to improve sales skills and overcome obstacles
  • Increasing technological efficiency: further development the tech stack (Outreach, data enrichment tools, Salesforce) to increase performance and efficiency
  • Continuous process optimisation: continuously optimise outbound processes to maximise outbound motion
  • Hands-on sales: take on operational sales activities and actively contribute to the team\’s success

Your mission

Your profile

  • You have at least four years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the software or call center industry
  • You have already gained initial management experience
  • You are data-driven and have a strong affinity for processes
  • You have a proven track record of underpinning your strategic goals with KPIs and successfully driving them forward
  • You are communicative, have strong organisational skills and are able to quickly establish a goal-oriented working relationship with different stakeholders
  • You have a very good command of German and English (at least C1)
