(Senior) FullStack Engineer (all genders)

You will develop new functionalities and continuously enhance Caspar Health applications.

You will collaborate closely with Product Management, UX, QA, Analytics, DevOps, and Architecture teams to foster teamwork and knowledge exchange.

You will utilize your expertise to improve development processes.

You will contribute to best practices in code quality, test automation, APIs, CI / CD, and software architecture.

Your Profile

You bring at least three years of experience working with backend technologies.

You are an expert using Ruby on Rails in production.

You have experience with single page application frameworks, preferably.

You know SQL very well.

You are focused on scalability, testability, and maintainability of the deliverables.

You bring a hands-on mentality and enjoy trying and learning new things.

You have strong teamwork and communication skills.

You have solid English skills.

In a perfect world, you additionally have experience with:

1. TypeScript, React Native, Angular
2. AWS or other cloud providers
3. AI / ML technologies
