GTM Strategy Intern at Catalys | AI x Healthcare x FinTech
We are Catalys, a young, fast-growing AI startup from Berlin working closely with SumUp. We are looking for an ambitious GTM Strategy Intern to work directly with our founding team and help build a scalable sales engine from the ground up.
Our vision is large: we want Catalys to manage the entire revenue cycle for healthcare providers across Europe and become the AI and data layer connecting the fragmented software infrastructure used by hospitals and medical practices.
We are starting with AI-powered medical billing. As a GTM Strategy Intern, you will take significant ownership of how we acquire, manage, and convert customers.
Your work will include:
- Building a structured sales pipeline and repeatable sales engine
- Setting up and scaling our field sales motion
- Building and optimizing our cold calling and outbound pipeline
- Owning parts of our CRM management, lead tracking, and sales processes
- Testing new acquisition channels, sales tactics, and GTM strategies
- Analyzing conversion rates and identifying bottlenecks across the funnel
- Developing new strategies to reach doctors, medical practices, and healthcare groups
- Working closely with the founding team on commercial strategy and execution
This is a highly hands-on role. You will spend time both developing GTM strategy and executing it directly with customers. We are looking for someone highly driven, analytical, structured, and comfortable taking ownership in an early-stage environment.
