Senior Director of Technical Services

On behalf of a client, I am seeking a Senior Director of Technical Services. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive technical and strategic leadership at a large, complex, and innovative manufacturing site, playing a key role in shaping the organization\’s growth and success.

Tasks:

1. Oversee TS/MS external manufacturing to meet global quality and contract manufacturing standards.
2. Lead technical capability development for commercialization, ensuring robust product handovers and lifecycle management.
3. Assess technical capabilities for business development and acquisitions, supporting agreements, and technical transfers.
4. Ensure manufacturing processes and products are controlled, compliant, and continuously improving.
5. Collaborate with TSMS and R&D to develop talent and support commercialization efforts.

Profile:

1. Bachelor\’s or higher degree in a scientific field.
2. 10+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industry.
3. 3+ years of leadership experience with direct team management responsibilities.
4. Fluent in English (C1); German or French is a plus.
