Position Summary Senior Software Developers lead the design, development, and delivery of complex, full-stack application solutions in support of the customer's requirements. Senior Software Developers translate customer and system requirements into technical design, build and maintain scalable back-end services and front-end interfaces, and operate within Agile development teams. Senior Software Developers apply sound engineering judgment to resolve difficult technical problems, evaluate design trade-offs across the stack, and help ensure delivered applications meet performance, security, and reliability standards. Senior Software Developers are expected to review the work of less experienced developers and provide technical mentorship.
