Data Center Program/Project Manager

12+ months contract position for a Data Center Program/Project Manager in Germany (remote with some travel) Our client is seeking experienced Data Center Program/Project Managers to support critical data center initiatives. These roles sit within a high-visibility portfolio supporting senior leadership and will focus on delivering complex programs and projects while driving process improvement. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage data center-related programs and projects from intake through delivery Drive process improvement and operational excellence across assigned initiatives Partner with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and intake prioritization Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery Support continuous improvement efforts using structured methodologies Required Qualifications Fluent in English and German, with excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Hands-on experience in a data center environment (required) Proven Program or Project Management experience Strong ability to improve processes and drive operational efficiency Preferred Qualifications PMP certification ITIL certification Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (or equivalent process improvement credential) Experience supporting large-scale technology or infrastructure programs
