Role Summary

As part of the newly created DACS Division, the

Product Adoption Consultant (PAC) – Cat AI Assistant serves as the subject matter expert for Cat® AI Assistant and leads its go‑to‑market, adoption, and value realization across Caterpillar’s digital ecosystem in the EAME region.

This is a highly customer‑facing and dealer‑facing consultative role requiring strong business acumen and the ability to translate AI capabilities into practical solutions that improve productivity, decision‑making, and digital engagement.

The role also acts as an AI champion within the EAME DACS team, driving internal AI adoption and capability development.

What You Will Do

• Serve as the subject matter expert for Cat AI Assistant capabilities, use cases, roadmap, and business applications across Cat Digital Ecosystem.
• Lead go‑to‑market and adoption strategies for Cat AI Assistant across the EAME region.
• Partner with DACS teams, dealers, and customers to identify and prioritize high‑value AI use cases and adoption opportunities.
• Design and deliver demonstrations, onboarding, enablement, training, and change management programs that accelerate adoption and business value realization.
• Drive internal AI adoption within EAME DACS through education, coaching, and best‑practice sharing.
• Gather customer and dealer feedback, monitor adoption metrics and business outcomes, and communicate field insights to influence product enhancements and future capabilities.
• Collaborate with product owners and cross‑functional stakeholders to align on product capabilities, launches, and adoption priorities.
• Develop scalable playbooks, best practices, success stories, and communication materials to support regional deployment and capability building.

• Additional Information
• Travel for this role is estimated at 40% within EAME region.
• A valid Swiss work permit or Swiss or EU‑25/EFTA citizenship is required for this position.
• There is no relocation and no Visa sponsorship.
