Lantor GmbH has been a supplier of nonwovens and labels for decades. We supply customers in Germany, Europe, and worldwide. In cooperation with renowned companies, we develop, produce, and market innovative and customized product solutions of the highest quality. For our location in Haibach near Aschaffenburg, we are looking for a Sales Representative (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.

Your responsibilities:

  • Managing existing national and international customers
  • Communicating with customers and the sales force, including customer visits as needed
  • Order entry and processing
  • Managing blanket orders
  • Monitoring customer delivery schedules
  • Planning and monitoring production and logistics processes from suppliers to customers
  • Close collaboration with purchasing, quality assurance, logistics, and accounting
  • Creating delivery notes, labels, etc., via online portals
  • Participating in industry-specific trade fairs and events

Your profile:

  • Completed vocational training as an office administrator or equivalent/higher qualification
  • Knowledge of technical nonwovens is an advantage
  • Strong service and customer orientation with excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proactive, goal-oriented, and structured work style
  • Team spirit and a reliable work ethic
  • Sound knowledge of MS Office
  • Experience with ERP/inventory management systems
  • Excellent German and at least good English skills, both written and spoken
  • Class B driver's license preferred
