Overview
In this role you lead and develop the facility operation management team for German sites, driving efficiency, cost control, and data-driven optimization. You will manage budgets, energy management, and supplier relations to ensure safe, compliant, and future-proof facility operations. You collaborate across functions to prepare manuals, plans, and documentation, while aligning with group objectives and continuous improvement. This position offers international exposure and a chance to shape how facilities are operated at scale in a growing company.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Lead and develop the FOM team at German sites, including manpower planning, recruitment, and training
- Coordinate and manage FOM data for German sites, establish a German data base, analyze data, and set optimization goals
- Develop budgets and capital plans for FOM at German sites, plus maintenance/repair cost plans
- Implement energy management system, collect benchmarking data, and harmonize standards while optimizing energy consumption
- Develop strategies for FOM/service planning, including preparation of manuals and operation instructions
- Oversee German resources, coordinate suppliers, and support Purchasing in bidding to optimize costs
- Contract management for German sites and review project-related pricing
- Manage standardized outsourcing model for German sites and establish a unified management platform
- Prepare and manage compliance documentation
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Bachelor in Engineering (mechanical/electrical)
- Solid work and management experience in facility operations management
- Experience in industries with large facilities (50,000 sqm) and intercultural environments
- Knowledge of facility operation management practice
- Experience with project management related FOM software a plus
- Strong execution, learning, pressure handling, communication, coordination, and organizational skills
- Good leadership and team management abilities
- Fluency in German and English; knowledge of Chinese is an advantage
