In this role you will manage and ensure accurate financial reporting under HGB/IFRS, coordinating true subledger activities and tax-related tasks. You work closely with auditors, tax advisors, and authorities to support compliance and reporting cycles. You drive process improvements in accounting and payment operations, leveraging systems like SAP-FI to enhance efficiency. Verantwortungsbereiche

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with HGB/IFRS
• Co-manage and ensure smooth payment transactions
• Act as contact person for auditors, tax advisors, and authorities (including customs)
• Oversee subledger accounting (AP, AR, asset accounting)
• Clarify and assist with tax issues; coordinate and prepare advance VAT returns and other statistical reports
• Implement process optimisations (e.g., automated payment system) and develop operating systems used

Zentrale Anforderungen

• Bachelor or Master in business administration, accounting or finance-related subjects
• Professional experience in a comparable position in an industrial company (financial accounting, controlling or tax consultancy)
• Experience with financial systems (e.g., SAP-FI) and MS Office applications advantageous
• Business fluent German and English; Chinese beneficial
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
