Job Responsibilities

  • On-site Equipment Inspection & Maintenance : Conduct daily inspections, spot checks, and preventive maintenance on energy storage systems (PCS, BMS, EMS, battery clusters, transformers, switchgear, fire suppression systems, etc.) according to O&M plans; promptly identify and resolve equipment anomalies to ensure safe and stable system operation.
  • Fault Diagnosis & Emergency Response: Receive and respond to equipment fault alarms; rapidly perform on-site fault localization, root cause analysis, and repair recovery; coordinate with relevant technical teams on complex faults to minimize downtime and improve system availability.
  • Equipment Commissioning Support: Coordinate resources for post-installation commissioning, grid-connection testing, trial operation, and final acceptance of energy storage projects.
  • O&M Data Management & Reporting: Collect and organize operational data, fault records, maintenance records, and inspection reports; analyze equipment operating status and health conditions; propose optimization recommendations; and regularly produce O&M analysis reports to support equipment reliability improvement.
  • On-site Safety Management & Customer Communication: Strictly enforce electrical safety operation procedures and energy storage industry safety standards; implement on-site risk control and work permit systems; maintain communication and coordination with customers, owners, and relevant partners; provide timely feedback on equipment operation; and enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or above
  • Skills: Experience in O&M and maintenance of large-scale energy storage projects preferred
  • Experience: 3+ years of relevant experience preferred
  • Languages: Fluent in English, good at Spanish is a plus
  • Others: 1. Strong coordination, communication, and logical thinking skills 2. Aligned with the company's striving culture; highly responsible, proactive, and self-driven
