What tasks you can expect
- Support process engineers in monitoring and improving production processes
- Assist in analyzing production and process-related issues and follow up on corrective actions
- Help prepare and update process documents, SOPs, and work instructions
- Collect, organize, and analyze production data to support process optimization
- Participate in process validation, trial runs, and continuous improvement activities
- Support cross-functional teams in solving production and quality issues
- Assist in operator training and process implementation activities
What you will bring
- Enrolled student majored in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or a related field
- Faniliar with battery cell manufacturing process. Experience with practical internship or project in a manufacturing environment is a plus
- Basic knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Statistical Process Control (SPC) or quality tools
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with great communication skills
- Willing to work in an international team environment
- Good language skill of English or German, both spoken and wirtten
