Our Client is a globally recognized company with a strong tradition of innovation and excellence in manufacturing . To support the growth and optimization of their IT landscape, we are seeking a skilled SAP HCM Inhouse Consultant (m/w/d) to join our internal IT team.
Your Responsibilities:
- Support and enhance HR-IT systems, including SAP HCM and SuccessFactors .
- Advise on and optimize HR processes , with a focus on digitization projects.
- Implement, test, and customize SAP HR modules .
- Lead HR IT projects and support international HR management and key users.
Your Qualifications:
- Degree in IT, business administration, or related field.
- Strong experience with SAP HCM and/or HR cloud applications.
- Expertise in HR project design and process understanding.
- Proficiency in SAP customizing ; experience with SuccessFactors is a plus.
