Job Opportunity: SAP HCM / SuccessFactors EC Consultant (m/f/d)
Cavendish Professionals is seeking a SAP HCM / SuccessFactors EC Consultant (m/f/d) for a remote contract role with an internationally renowned consulting firm in Germany.
Responsibilities
- Lead a large HR transformation project in Germany.
- Work directly with the end client to identify needs and develop strategies.
- Support and improve employee experience and HR operational processes.
Your Profile
- Extensive experience in consulting roles using SAP HCM / SuccessFactors, especially leading Employee Central implementations.
- Experience managing program and project plans.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive approach.
- Previous experience with global rollouts.
- Fluent in written and spoken English and German.
