Product Designer (m/f/d)

CAZAL stands for bold, expressive eyewear design with a strong heritage and a clear vision for what comes next.
To strengthen our design team in Passau, we are looking for a Product Designer (m/f/d) to help shape the future of CAZAL eyewear.
The Role
As part of our design team, you will develop optical frames and sunglasses from first concept to final prototype, working closely with Creative Direction, Product Management, Technical Development, and Prototyping.
Your focus
- Create expressive eyewear designs with focus on form, colour, and character
- Develop sketches and concepts based on seasonal design briefs
- Define material & colour directions
- Design in 3D using Rhino
- Support prototype development and refinement
- Collaborate closely with design, technical, and production teams
- Contribute to collection development and deadlines
- Support our Product Manager with sample handling
Who you are
- Design background (product / industrial / fashion or similar)
- Confident in Rhino or similar 3D tools
- Strong sense for form, proportion, and aesthetics
- Conceptual thinker with attention to detail
- Drawn to bold and expressive design
- Good working level of English (no perfection needed)
- German is a plus, but not required
- Open to on-site work in Passau and relocation if needed
Eyewear or luxury/premium experience is a plus, not a must.
