In Switzerland, the GWS division provides technical, infrastructural and commercial facility management services for clients from various industries. /p pFor our growing Facility Management organisation at a Financial Services client in Zürich we are looking for a Facilities Senior Technician. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liOrganize and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities for building systems. /li liSupervise and monitor resolution of technical issues by internal teams or external vendors. /li liPlan and manage installation, modification, and commissioning projects, ensuring proper scheduling and resource allocation. /li liCoordinate small-scale projects such as renovations, technical upgrades, and relocations. /li liManage and oversee external vendors and contractors to ensure compliance with project requirements and company standards. /li liPrepare, assign, and track work orders; maintain accurate documentation in the CMMS system. /li liEnsure compliance with safety regulations and technical standards through regular audits and reviews. /li liSupport energy optimization and sustainability initiatives by organizing activities and monitoring progress. /li liManage and process technical alarms, fire and burglar alarm systems. /li liParticipate in on-call duties and 24-hour deployment in the event of technical alarms. /li liFurnish conference and meeting rooms. /li liManage technical support requests on call, including creating order numbers and controlling invoices. /li liManage visitor and provider passes, access controls, and parking spaces. /li liObtain and check external supplier offers. /li liPlan, organize and manage internal relocations. /li liEnsure completeness of the tool inventory. /li liCheck ladders and manage inventory. /li liControl and review monthly external provider badges. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul li2-3 years of experience in facility management or a similar technical coordinator role. /li liCompleted technical education (e.g., electrician, mechatronics, building technician). /li liExperience in project management and coordination. /li liProficiency in MS Office and CMMS systems. /li liStrong organizational and coordination skills. /li liAbility to prioritize and delegate tasks effectively. /li liExcellent communication and teamwork abilities. /li liAnalytical thinking and problem-solving skills. /li /ul h3Benefits /h3 ul liOpen and innovative working environment with design options. /li liRegional and international development opportunities in a fast-growing company. /li liWide range of internal and external training opportunities. /li liGood framework conditions: at least five weeks of vacation, 40 hours a week, and an attractive pension fund solution. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
