This includes planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout. /liliWork directly with clients to prepare all elements of the project. This includes the scope of work, project delivery resource requirements, cost estimates budget, work plan schedule milestones, quality control, and risk identification. /liliDefine the project delivery resources from pre-qualified lists or through the project qualification process. Conduct a standard request for proposals, complete bid evaluations, and recommend resources to clients. /liliImplement project documentation governance that is aligned with company and client requirements. /liliEnsure project data integrity and documentation is accurate, timely, and coordinated. /liliDirect the project delivery team by providing guidance and direction to achieve goals. /liliCreate action plans to meet objectives, budget, and schedule. Track the progress of each project and report status and variances. /liliDemonstrate ability to identify project threats and develop risk mitigation and contingency plans. Implement action plans to reduce or eliminate project risks. /liliApply in-depth knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish complex assignments and provide innovative solutions. /liliLead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Work to build consensus and convince others to reach an agreement. /liliImpact a range of customer, operational, project, or service activities within own team and other related teams. /liliWork within broad guidelines and policies. /liliExplain difficult or sensitive information. /li /ulh3Your profile: /h3ulliBachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience. /liliIn lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation(s) preferred. /liliFrench (Min C1) English (min B2). /liliAbility to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information. /liliWillingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions. /liliIn-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
