IFM Minor Project Lead in Genève

In Switzerland, the GWS division provides technical, infrastructural and commercial facility management services for clients from various industries. /p pFor our growing Facility Management organisation at a client in Geneva we are looking for a: /p h3Your Tasks /h3 pIFM Minor Project Lead: /p ul liManage all areas of project management for singular real estate projects. This includes planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout. /li liWork directly with clients to prepare all elements of the project. This includes the scope of work, project delivery resource requirements, cost estimates budget, work plan schedule milestones, quality control, and risk identification. /li liDefine the project delivery resources from pre-qualified lists or through the project qualification process. Conduct a standard request for proposals, complete bid evaluations, and recommend resources to clients. /li liImplement project documentation governance that is aligned with company and client requirements. /li liEnsure project data integrity and documentation is accurate, timely, and coordinated. /li liDirect the project delivery team by providing guidance and direction to achieve goals. /li liCreate action plans to meet objectives, budget, and schedule. Track the progress of each project and report status and variances. /li liDemonstrate ability to identify project threats and develop risk mitigation and contingency plans. Implement action plans to reduce or eliminate project risks. /li liApply in-depth knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish complex assignments and provide innovative solutions. /li liLead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Work to build consensus and convince others to reach an agreement. /li liImpact a range of customer, operational, project, or service activities within own team and other related teams. /li liWork within broad guidelines and policies. /li liExplain difficult or sensitive information. /li /ul h3Your Profile /h3 ul liBachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience. /li liIn lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation(s) preferred. /li liFrench (Min C1) English (min B2). /li liAbility to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information. /li liWillingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions. /li liIn-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
