Position Overview

We are seeking a Dutch-speaking Digital Marketing Advisor to join our team in Berlin. This role focuses on providing expert consultation in social media marketing and digital advertising strategies to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

1. Act as a digital marketing advisor for advertisers
2. Provide expert guidance on social media marketing and business support
3. Evaluate social media advertisement analytics
4. Conduct inbound and outbound client communications regarding advertisements and budgets
5. Implement successful sales funnel strategies
6. Identify trends and develop powerful advertising campaigns
7. Meet KPIs including campaign implementation pitch rates

Required Qualifications

1. Native or fluent Dutch language skills
2. Experience in digital marketing or related field
3. Understanding of social media platforms and advertising

Work Schedule

1. 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
2. Hours: 8:45 AM to 5:15 PM
3. Base salary: 33000 gross annually (2750 gross monthly)
4. Performance bonus: Up to 7500 annually
5. Language bonus: 300 monthly for Dutch

Relocation Support

1. Up to 1900 for relocations from outside Germany

Training Program

2 weeks initial training

1. Training schedule: Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
2. Regular shadowing sessions with experienced colleagues
