Role:

Customer Service Representative for a global client

Environment:

Dynamic and international

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Provide support with product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Ensure a top-tier customer experience through excellent service.
• Follow up on customer requests and escalate issues when needed.

Requirements:

• Soft skills: Strong problem-solving and communication abilities.
• Residence: Must already reside in Malta.
• Experience: Prior customer service experience is preferred but not required.
