In this role, you’ll help German agencies and businesses launch and optimize their online advertising campaigns, making a real impact on their success.
Purpose of the Role:
As a Campaign Specialist, you’ll work closely with clients in the German market, guiding them through their first digital advertising campaigns. It’s a target-driven role where you’ll work towards both individual goals and contribute to a collaborative onboarding team.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted consultant assisting clients to onboard and create impactful PPC campaigns.
- Understand customer needs and objectives, providing tailored solutions to help them grow.
- Drive spend upsell opportunities and long-term campaign sustainability.
- Manage a high volume of client interactions daily via phone, ensuring top-quality support.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- BA / BS degree or equivalent (an MA / MSc in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Communications is a plus).
- At least 1-2 years of experience in sales and/or online advertising.
- A strong desire to meet and exceed productivity, customer satisfaction, and target goals.
- Excellent communication skills to pitch on the phone and compose compelling proposals.
- Effective time management and self-organization skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for optimization.
- Client-focused with a passion for customer interaction and business success.
- A team player who thrives in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.
- Native level of German.
- High proficiency in English.
