About the Opportunity Join our client, a global leader in customer experience and sales solutions, as a Customer Success Account Manager focused on inbound sales. This role combines account management with consultative selling — working with warm leads and existing clients to drive growth and long-term value. You will operate in a structured, performance-driven environment where your ability to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions directly impacts revenue.
