CDC Global Solutions is proud to partner with an internationally recognized provider of integrated solutions in contract analytical research, development, and manufacturing to the biopharma industry.

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Inside Sales Manager to join our growing sales team. This position is ideal for someone passionate about building customer relationships and contributing to the success of small-scale projects. You will interact with multiple clients regularly, managing inquiries, and supporting sales processes for orders and projects.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Act as the primary point of contact for small to medium-sized accounts.
• Handle inbound inquiries from customers regarding small projects or order sizes.
• Provide quotes, process orders, and track progress with precision and efficiency.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure customer needs are met.
• Update and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on sales activities and pipeline progress.
• Work closely with the sales, marketing, and operational teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (life sciences, chemistry, business, or related discipline).
• 1-2 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or a related role; experience in the pharmaceutical/CDMO/CRO industry is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented with a proactive and problem-solving attitude.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Enthusiasm for working with a global team and handling a high volume of customer interactions.
