Job Title: Working Student, People & Culture
Location: Berlin, Germany
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join CDP’s People & Culture Team in Berlin. CDP’s People & Culture Team supports all facets of the employee experience, working closely with internal stakeholders to foster a positive, engaging, and efficient workplace.
The role includes
- Supporting the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and filed accurately.
- Assisting with contract management and compliance-related tasks for new hires and existing employees.
- Maintaining and updating employee records, processing changes such as promotions, transfers, and terminations.
- Assisting the Senior People Experience Manager and HR Manager with various assigned tasks and projects.
- Supporting internal communications and employee engagement activities to promote a positive organizational culture.
- Collecting and analyzing HR data (e.g., employee demographics, turnover rates) to generate reports that inform strategic decision-making.
- Serving as the initial point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies and internal logistics, such as mail and office resources.
- Helping organize and support internal events, including team-building and engagement initiatives.
The successful candidate should have
- You are an undergraduate student pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Psychology, or a related field.
- You have a basic proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel; experience with HR systems is a plus.
- You possess good communication skills, enabling you to engage effectively with others.
- Proficiency in English is essential, and a strong understanding of, as well as the ability to communicate effectively in German.
