Job Description
- Act as the central interface between customers, service providers and internal departments
- Coordinate all IT-related service activities
- Maintain the customer database (as a user)
- Ensure and monitor compliance with contractual service agreements
- Prepare documentation, reports, and statistics using MS Word and MS Excel
- Manage media inventory, including administration and tracking of storage media (e.g. hard drives)
- Coordinate spare parts logistics
We are looking for a motivated and service-oriented professional with the following qualifications:
- A structured, process-driven, and independent approach to work
- Desirable knowledge of operational workflows within data center environments
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers, cross-functional teams, and external service providers
- Good English language skills, both written and spoken (B2)
- German Language skills on level A1/A2 preferable
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook and Excel
- A strong customer and service orientation
- Experience with IT ticketing systems, preferably ServiceNow is a plus
