CEEZER is a platform for CO2 compensation and high-tech removal credits with access to >9,000 climate projects worldwide, verified by globally recognized registries. Transactions take place between corporations and project developers at the source, without any middlemen or hidden fees. CEEZER achieves this by providing scientific quality and pricing insights that help buyers and sellers interact, while allowing them to monitor credits in a balanced, high-quality portfolio.
We are looking for aFull-Stack Engineer (f/d/m) to join our fantastic engineering team. You will be at the core of building our product and responsible for delivering working solutions, researching, and leaving your mark from the beginning. You will closely work with the engineering and product team and focus on many exciting aspects of our business.

YOUR TASKS

You bring a builder’s mindset and are at the forefront of shaping impactful digital solutions by crafting scalable applications and ensuring seamless integration across the stack. You achieve this by:

• Building a B2B Marketplace platform providing a seamless and beautiful experience for our customers
• Assuming responsibility for developing our marketplace & SaaS solution and a user interface people love to engage with daily
• Collaborating with product managers, designers, and other engineers to understand desired application capabilities and testing scenarios, and work through permutations to always find the best solution possible
• Working with the UX and Data team to deliver key analytics about how users interact with our applications

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

• Over 4 years of collective experience in developing web technologies. Proficient in TypeScript, HTML 5, and CSS.
• Hands-on experience with NodeJS or other back-end technologies
• Skilled in React or another modern front-end framework
• Well-versed in Rest APIs
• Proficient in SQL, with practical experience in utilizing and structuring database models. Experience with Postgres is a definite plus
• Demonstrates a sound grasp of best practices and design patterns in software development
• Good understanding of Git, source control procedures, and feature branching
• Previous exposure to CI/CD, with comfort in working with AWS or other cloud platforms being an advantage
• Excellent English communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
