For one of our clients, a well-established and highly reputable company in Lausanne, we are looking for a: IT Support Specialist capable of providing daily IT support to around 70 employees at the Swiss site, in collaboration with the Group IT team.
You report to the IT Director and must quickly become autonomous in user support activities.
You ensure the smooth operation of local IT services and guarantee effective support to users in an international industrial environment.
You also contribute to maintaining the operational condition of IT equipment and participate in the daily activities of the IT department.
Your profile Trained IT professional (CFC or technical school) At least two years of experience in a similar position Enjoys finding solutions and dares to propose them Patient, flexible, pleasant in communication with non-technical users.
