At our headquarters based in Châtel-Saint-Denis, we are looking for an:IT Project & Solutions LeadYour MissionAs IT Project & Solutions Lead, reporting to the CFO — who oversees at the Group level —, you will lead the projects of our Swiss headquarters, from scoping to delivery, with a clear objective of business value creation. A fine understanding of our business needs is essential: it is in the field, in daily contact with the teams, that it is built. This position is strategic and transverse. You carry the IT projects of the headquarters: you develop solutions yourself, supervise an IT Infrastructure & Support Specialist who reports to you, and call upon external consultants — depending on what brings the most value. You also lead the adoption of digital tools and AI. In this capacity, you are the internal reference for departments wishing to explore AI in their work: you advise them, structure their needs, and guide them towards adapted solutions, whether they are developed internally or via external partners. With their support, you supervise our external support provider.Responsibilities- Lead the IT project portfolio of the headquarters, from the definition of needs to production, ensuring the creation of value, compliance with deadlines, quality, and budgets;- Develop an in-depth understanding of business processes in order to define and lead a continuous roadmap aligned with company objectives;- Design, develop, or coordinate the implementation of the most adapted solutions, by mobilizing internal resources or external partners according to needs;- Define and lead the roadmap related to digital tools and artificial intelligence, by identifying and evaluating high-value use cases, carrying out proofs of concept, and accompanying departments in the adoption and implementation of solutions adapted to their needs;- Evolve the IT and cloud architecture of the company in order to guarantee its performance, sustainability, and effective integration of solutions within the company;- Supervise and develop the IT Infrastructure & Support Specialist, while supervising external IT partners and providers, particularly through the monitoring of service level agreements (SLA) and support quality;- Act as a change agent by promoting the adoption of new solutions and strengthening the collaboration between business teams and IT.Profile- You hold a Master's degree in IT or an equivalent qualification;- At least 6 years of experience in IT project management, design, and implementation;- You have an excellent understanding of business processes and know how to transform needs;- You master the simultaneous management of several projects and know how to evolve in a changing environment;- You appreciate both reflection and execution and are capable of developing solutions or leading external partners according to needs;- You possess initial management experience or demonstrate a real capacity to accompany the development of a collaborator;- You have a marked interest in digital tools and artificial intelligence applied to business;- Experience with Shopify and/or Abacus is an asset;- You demonstrate an excellent spirit of analysis, synthesis, and problem-solving;- You communicate with ease in French and English, both in writing and orally.Start date: to be agreedContract: Permanent contract at 100%Interested?We invite you to send us your application file with CV and cover letter via the distribution platform or by e-mail to the address provided.
