As the Head of Industrial Engineering at cellcentric, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our manufacturing processes, enhancing efficiency, and contributing to the company's growth and success. You will lead a team of talented industrial engineers and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure our operations are streamlined and cost-effective.

Responsibilities

You are responsible fordevelopingand implementingstrategies for improving production processes, reducing waste, and increasing overall efficiency.

You lead a team of industrial engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management.

You support andcollaborate with various departments, including production, supply chain, and quality to drive process improvements.

You analyzeandconduct time and motion studies, process mapping, and data analysis toidentifyareas for optimization.

You take over andutilizeLean and Six Sigma methodologies toidentifyandeliminateprocess bottlenecks and inefficiencies.

You manage projects related to process improvements.

You ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.

You stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve our processes.

Experience and Qualification

You have successfully completed your studies(Bachelor's or Master's degree)in the field of Industrial Engineering or a related field.

You have several years of proven experience in industrial engineering. and a strong knowledge of Lean methodologies.

Your strengths includeexcellent problem-solving skills and analytical thinking as well as exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Ideally, you possessproject management experience.

As anadd on, you have a solid understanding of the Fuel Cell industry, thetechnologyand the ecosystem in which weoperate, including our shareholders, ourpartnersand suppliers.

You have proven experience from leading teams with many interfaces and stakeholders to interact with.

You are an unpretentious leader who gets energy and happiness from experiencing your team’s success more than your individual recognition.

You show strong ownership and responsibility to drive the team’s roadmap to support the overall companyobjectives– which means you have great understanding for the fundamental business logic in the value chain of our type of company and technology/production.

You believe in the importance of clear, continuous, and consistent communication within your team as well as towards the organization.
