Your Mission
We are currently looking for a Founding Sales Rep (m/f/x) .
As a Founding Sales Rep, you will own the end-to-end sales journey, identifying high-value opportunities and guiding customers toward rapid, measurable impact. This is a full-cycle role, so you must be as good at hunting as you are at closing! As an early-stage startup, Cello offers you the opportunity to shape our market engagement. You’ll actively contribute to Cello’s strategic direction, helping us build sustainable, high-impact growth with every account you close.

Your Responsibilities
- Bring in new customers and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, including outreach, discovery calls, demos, and negotiations.
- Own and build your pipeline, ensuring accurate reporting on pipeline status and revenue projections.
- Collaborate with sales support, product, marketing, and CS teams to ensure a cohesive, customer-focused approach.
- Establish strategic relationships with stakeholders, positioning Cello as a trusted partner across all touchpoints, including events.
About You

Required
- Proven track record as a top performer in BDR & AE roles in B2B SaaS (min. 4 years)
- Strong understanding of technical products and their value communication
- Experience in account-based sales and nurturing high-value accounts
- Hunter mentality aiming to exceed targets
- Received world-class sales training
- Exceptional English communication skills (native/near-native)
