Position Summary:
The Supply Chain Associate supports the execution of daily supply chain operations to ensure smooth product availability and compliant logistics processes.
This role focuses on operational activities, coordination, and data management while closely collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners. It offers an excellent entry point into the pharmaceutical supply chain environment with opportunities for professional development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support daily supply chain operations, including order processing, inventory tracking, and inventory data maintenance
- Coordinate shipments and ensure smooth communication with internal and external partners
- Monitor stock levels and escalate potential risks (e.g. shortages, expiry)
- Maintain accurate data and support reporting and planning activities
- Assist in cross-functional activities such as S&OP preparation and product launches
Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Life Sciences or similar
- 0–2 years of professional experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or regulated industry is a plus
Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Structured and reliable working style
- Good communication skills in German and English
