h3The Position /h3 pThe bTechnicianDevelopmentProcessOptimization(DPO) /b supports the development of processes and/or the analysis for the manufacturing of recombinant proteins with CHO cultures by executing experiments, preparing materials, and collecting data /p br/ h3Your Responsibilities /h3 ul liConduct experiments and apply standard laboratory practices under moderate guidance and supervision within scope and timelines. /li liDocument executed work in accordance to internal guidelines. /li liSupport troubleshooting activities in collaboration with Subject Matter Experts. /li liDocument batch results with a critical mind. /li liWrite protocols, SOPs, using available templates. /li liDrive simple initiatives (in relation to job duties) with limited guidance and supervision within his/her team/group /li liSupport technology transfer activities if needed. /li liFollows all EHS procedures and laboratory safety standards, maintains a clean and safe workspace, and promptly reports any unsafe conditions, incidents, or near misses. /li /ul br/ h3Job Requirements /h3 ul liDegree in biology, biotechnology, chemistry, life science or related and relevant field. /li liHands-on knowledge in at least one of the following areas: CLD, USP, DSP and/or Analytical Services.br/Application of basic experimental design principles (e.g., DoE, scale-own models, process characterization fundamentals). /li liData collection and report writing, confident in the use of IT tools. /li liPreparation of media and buffers, including pH adjustment, sterile filtration and accurate weighing /li liAseptic techniques and working in biosafety cabinets. /li liOperation and basic maintenance of laboratory equipment. /li liSample handling and preparation. /li liUse of general analysis instruments. /li liGood communication skills (English mandatory, German is a plus). /li liMeticulous, attention to details. /li liAbility to work in a fast paced environment.Ability to deal with changes and quickly adjust to new situations. /li liCollaborative team player.br/ /li /ul br/ h3Why Celonic? /h3 ul liMake a difference by directly impacting patients lives. /li liBiologics is an attractive, high growth sector with professional development. /li liOffers a multinational and diverse workplace. /li liProud to be a pioneer in "Next Generation" manufacturing technologies. /li liFamily owned: Entrepreneurial, and short communication lines. /li liBasel is a great place to live, play and work in the center of Europe.br/ /li /ul br/ h3Contact information /h3 pHaving trouble submitting your application?
