- Develop and maintain C-level relationships, embedding Celonis into customers' strategic objectives
- Staff engagements with global cross-functional teams (Servicing, Product & Engineering)
- Mentor organizations on center-of-excellence maturation to boost platform adoption
- Coach and guide team members and give performance feedback to managers
- Lead end-to-end customer value journey and drive value realization
- Influence senior stakeholders with product knowledge and industry expertise
- Define program roadmaps and detailed value plans with customers
- Resolve escalations by coordinating internal teams efficiently
- Align Celonis delivery with customer strategy to solve critical business problems
- Drive adoption and on-time delivery, ensuring client satisfaction and target usage metrics
- Organize customer advisory boards to address industry challenges and gather feedback
- Represent customers internally to align product/service development with needs
- Lead Celonis presence at events (conferences, webinars) and contribute thought leadership
- Collaborate on new assets and contribute to value engineering playbooks and tools
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Minimum 12 years in customer success, strategy consulting, or related fields
- Experience leading large-scale transformation programs and process re-engineering engagements
- Experience with logistics clients/processes
- AI-based transformation experience is a strong plus
- Change management expertise
- Ability to navigate large global organizations and persuade with data
- Experience designing, pitching, and selling opportunities with subject-matter experts
