As a Client Value Partner, you lead strategic customer value programs and own the success of Celonis deployments with top clients. You collaborate with C-level executives to define long-term transformation roadmaps and align Celonis resources to drive measurable impact. You manage cross-functional teams, champion innovation across accounts, and accelerate platform adoption. This role sits at the nexus of value realization, customer advocacy, and scalable change within a fast-growing SaaS leader.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Build and sustain relationships with C-level stakeholders and embed Celonis into strategic objectives
- Ensure proper staffing of engagements using global cross-functional teams
- Mentor and develop internal teams and feedback to managers
- Own end-to-end customer value journey and drive adoption and value realization
- Articulate Celonis capabilities to senior stakeholders and shape program roadmaps
- Resolve escalations and align delivery with customer strategy
- Lead customer advisory boards and capture insights to influence product and services
- Represent Celonis at events and contribute to thought leadership and playbooks

- 12+ years in customer success, strategy consulting, or related fields
- Experience leading large-scale transformation programs and process re-engineering
