As a Senior Deployment Engineer - AI, you drive AI-augmented delivery of Celonis solutions for enterprise customers. You lead hands-on implementation, directing AI agents to build data models, analyses, and dashboards while validating outputs with business context. You combine platform mastery with domain knowledge to deliver measurable value and ensure adoption. You will work closely with customers to translate objectives into scalable, robust solutions, shaping the future of AI-driven processes.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Initiate business discovery workshops to translate objectives into high-impact Celonis use cases
- Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to define scope, data needs, and success criteria
- Ensure data connectivity and extraction pipelines are configured correctly
- Direct AI deployment agents to build data models, KPIs, and dashboards; validate outputs against requirements
- Build and configure Celonis solutions across the platform including Process Intelligence Graph, data transformations, and AI-powered insights
- Identify inefficiencies and root causes using Celonis tech in collaboration with the customer
- Validate AI outputs for accuracy and relevance; apply domain knowledge where needed
- Lead value creation workshops and define measures to improve processes
- Design and build operational solutions to drive adoption and conformance
- Enable customer users to operate independently and support long-term value
- Manage project timelines, scope, and stakeholder expectations
- Train and demonstrate to customers and document design decisions for handover
- Develop domain expertise in one or more process areas or industries
- Translate domain knowledge into scalable patterns and best practices for the team
- Identify high-value use cases and contribute to platform roadmap
Zentrale Anforderungen
- 4+ years in management or IT/solutions/process improvement consulting or equivalent
- Proficiency with Celonis platform: data modeling, process analysis, KPI definition, automation
- Proficiency in PQL, SQL, and Python
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code, Codex, Cursor)
- Experience with prompt engineering or context engineering is a strong plus
- Strong business/process domain expertise in enterprise processes and financial metrics
- Knowledge of SAP, Oracle and standard process areas (Inventory Management, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Accounts Payable) is a strong plus
- Consulting skills: workshop facilitation, stakeholder management, delivering outcomes under ambiguity
- Analytical problem-solving with ability to quantify business impact
- Learning agility and comfort with evolving AI tools
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in relevant field; fluency in English; travel up to 50%
