Product Manager – all genders (80-100%) What exactly you will do here: Ongoing monitoring and assessing of assigned payment product portfolio, initialize and drive optimization. Constant monitoring and analyzing payment market-, customer-, and technological-development to identify potential risks and chances. Build relevant initiatives and lead them to success. Developing and leading of projects and initiatives to improve value proposition and performance to secure commercial success of assigned payment product portfolio. Designing and leading tactical and operational product related tasks and ensure an efficient and effective implementation and run. Consult, coordinate, and support internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure the fulfilling of the product strategy and achieve the goals. What we’re looking for: At least 5 years of experience and expertise in product management in cards Comprehensive knowledge of the value drivers of card programs and experienced in project and process management Excellent analytical skills, very good judgement, entrepreneurial as well as pragmatic thinking and acting.
