AIRBUS: A320 Family Transversal Digital PMBP (d/f/m) in Hamburg

You will work as Digital Project Manager Business Partner(d/f/m) for transversal projects within the A320 Family department.

Your Tasks will include:

• Serve as the Product Owner for digital tools (both active applications and tools in development) with complete end-to-end responsibility
• Lead the development of new Skywise-based digital solutions for the project & performancemanagement community
• Advise various internal clients on digital projects by translating their needs into clear user stories
• Guide and supervise external digital subcontractors
• Oversee the development activities and take responsibility for the delivery of new features
• Encourage teamwork across multi-functional groups through effective stakeholder and changemanagement
• Work with international teams across the Central Programme PM Office to deliver end-to-endsolutions
• Gather, analyze, visualize, and present data from Skywise to deliver key insights, dashboards,performance analyses, reports, and business recommendations
• Analyse key performance metrics to support transparency and performance improvement
• Support activities that enhance data quality, consistency, and flow across systems
• Manage central team datasets, analytics folders, data products, and data ontology

Your Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable technical field
• Experience working with IT/information systems; experience in project management, as a product owner, and/or data analytics is a plus
• Knowledge of Python
• Business-level English proficiency is required
• Ability to lead, guide, and empower multi-functional and international teams through change
• Strong analytical mindset, self-motivation, resilience, and a hands-on approach to solving problems
• Curious, flexible, and innovative team player who enjoys continuous learning and sharing ideas
• Ability to simplify complex topics and communicate clearly
