AIRBUS: Academy Performance & Operations Manager (d/w/m) - befr. bis 09.27 in Hamburg

You will work as Performance & Operational Manager(d/f/m) for the Engineering Academy, and will be responsible for designing and implementing practical performance standards, create smart simplified dashboards, and establish structured reporting workflows. Furthermore, You will act as key operational enabler for the Engineering Academy, translating competence and learning requirements into working tools, transparent budget tracking, and regular data deliverables for both internal Academy leadership and external customers (the Business Centers).

Your Tasks will include:

• Setup & Maintenance of Dashboards & Performance Solutions
• Financial Management & Budget Oversight Support
• Reporting & Risk Management Workflows
• Advisory & Team Enablement

Your Skills and Qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration, economics, engineering, or a comparable technical field
• Professional experience in interface and project management, as well as stakeholder management
• Knowledge of change and project management
• Business-level proficiency in English
• Knowledge of German or French is a plus
• Experience using Google Workspace is a plus
• Experience with data analysis is required
• Experience with quality management and digital dashboards is a plus
• Ability to lead, guide, and empower multi-functional and international teams through change
• Strong analytical mindset, self-motivation, resilience, and a hands-on approach to solving problems
• Curious, flexible, and innovative team player who enjoys continuous learning and sharing ideas
• Ability to simplify complex topics and communicate clearly
