You will work as Inbound Process and Performance Specialist (d/f/m).
Your Tasks will inculde:
- Analyse and improve the inbound and inventory process together with the logistics serviceprovider at an operational and tactical level to ensure high safety standards, quality andperformance
- Define, implement, and follow up on recovery and improvement measures based on in-depthperformance analysis and reporting
- Transformation: Develop the layouts, processes, equipment and tools of Inbound and Inventorysetup along the logistics transformation in Hamburg in both Satair sites (Fuhlsbüttel andWilhelmsburg)
- Partnership: Develop and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with the Logistics ServiceProviders as well as internal stakeholders across Satair and Airbus
Your Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Logistics, or Supply Chain Quality
- Professional experience in the following areas: warehouse logistics, supplier management, process planning, and process improvement
- Experience using SAP R/3
- Knowledge of change management and lean management
- Businessfluency in German and English is required
- Strong analytical, data-driven mindset
- Influential Communicator & Collaborator: Excellent communication skills with proven ability to buildstrong relationships as well as manage and influence stakeholders
- You tackle challenges with a proactive, structured, and solutionsorientedmindset
- Strong organizational skills combined with a pragmatic, hands‑on mentality tomanage both strategy and urgent tasks efficiently
