Your tasks:
- Support the Project teams by harmonizing and preparing current processes and tools for the transition to SAP S/4HANA
- Apply lean principles to simplify and lean-out existing workflows to ensure they are \"fit for migration\" and \"right first time\"
- Drive continuous improvement in our communication and ticketing workflows
- Customer Interface: Support the implementation of a digital interface toward our customers (Airlines/Maintenance Organization) to provide real-time order transparency
- Supplier Interface: Design and support digital connectivity toward our repair stations to automate data exchange and performance monitoring
- Drive the improvement of KPI reporting in Skywise, ensuring transparent visualization of current status and risks
- Manage improvement projects from initiation to closure using the Airbus standard project methodology
- Stakeholder Influence: Use reasoned advocacy and compelling storylines to gain buy-in for the digital transition from both internal teams and external partners
Your profil:
- A completed degree in computer science, engineering, business informatics, industrial engineering, business administration, or a comparable qualification
- Work experience in supplier management, project management, and process improvement
- Knowledge of lean management
- Knowledge of SAP
- Experience with Skywise or other data analytics tools is preferred
- Google Workspace is desirable
- Business fluent in English
- Knowledge of German is a plus
- Proactivity and willingness to drive the business in an E2E approach
- Good intercultural understanding
- Strategic Mindset: Ability to support strategic development and manage the human aspect of change during large-scale industrialization
- Communication: Exceptional ability to interact and influence in a multicultural context, translating strategic goals into actionable digital solutions
