AIRBUS: Supply Chain Quality Manager in Hamburg

You will work as Supply Chain Quality Manager for Quality Assurance and Industrial Changes (m/w/d)and be the interface with suppliers for operational activities.

Your responsibilities:

• Quality Assurance: Being responsible for the End-to-End QSR (Quality Survey Report)management process from NOE (Notification of Escape) to closure of the QSR as QSR Originatorsin the team this includes:
  • Preparing and checking all necessary documents for the meeting including One Pager,Minutes of Meeting, TOAC creation
  • Create, launch and follow up of all QSR
  • Ensure all tools like SMP (Action Plan Management), SAP, One folder and documents on the Google Drive are up to date
  • Being responsible for SARIs (Safety Related Items) originating from quality issues drivingContainment, Root Cause Analysis, and Corrective Actions until closure
• Industrial Changes
  • Act as SCQM for New Product Introductions (NPI) and Transfer of Work (ToW) activities across the PIEG perimeter
  • Ensure the industrial qualification and maturity for Industrial Changes (e.g., NPI, ToW, or modifications) by monitoring compliance with Airbus requirements and steering the transition into the serial Phase
  • Secure robust ASR (Airbus Supplier Requirement) maturity and compliance checks prior to serial production
  • Lead Industrial reviews for NPI or ToW at supplier side
  • Update all necessary IT and Reporting tools
  • Act as APQP Lead or Assessor for Industrial Changes
  • SCQM during the development phase for the strategic programs

Your profil:

• A completed degree in engineering, technical degree, industrial engineering, business administration, supply chain quality, or a comparable qualification
• Work experience in engineering, supplier management, quality management, as well as supply chain
• Technical knowledge is required
• Knowledge of SAP and MS Excel
• Business fluent German and English skills
• The ability to quickly understand and analyze technical concepts and functionalities
• Independent, structured, and results-oriented working style to achieve objectives on time and coordinate workflows efficiently
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
• Willingness to occasional business travels (1-2 times per year, within Europe)
