AIRBUS: Supply Officer Standard Parts (d/m/w) in Hamburg

You will work as Supply Officer Standard Parts (d/f/m).

• Placement of Purchase Orders according to the Purchase Request on behalf of the commodity
• Actively involved in the management of the material flows in order to ensure that outsourced andpurchased products are delivered on time, quality and cost to satisfy customers and launch firstlevel of corrective and preventive actions.
• Manage inventory and order management expressed with the suppliers
• Management and coordination of material flows to Airbus, ensuring the availability of standard andhardware materials to meet customer requirements
• Verification and communication of supplier requirements, with a focus on supply chain optimizationand the development of creative solutions to address short-term demand
• Demand planning and supplier coordination, including purchase order placement, order tracking,late delivery analysis, and recovery plan management
• Definition, implementation, and negotiation of logistics processes to support operational efficiencyand supply chain performance
• Daily monitoring of supply chain performance and maintenance of effective supplier relationshipsthrough regular communication and performance follow-up
• Continuous communication with internal stakeholders regarding order status, delivery progress, andsupply-related issues

Your Skills and Qualifikationen:

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in business administration, supply chain/logistics or aviation
• Several years of professional experience in the areas of purchasing, supplier management, and supply chain/logistics
• Good knowledge of process management
• Proficiency in German and English at a business level
• Strong communication skills to ensure the flow of information
• The ability to integrate into a team
• A strong sense of responsibility, resilience, and organizational skills
