AIRBUS: Support Industrial Systems Representative (d/f/m) in Hamburg

You(d/f/m) will work as Support to Industrial Systems MFT Representative Mechanical Systems. MFT is a multifunctional team, representing all functions related to a specific product. You will supports the industrial participant (MFT-Rep) of this MFT. Mechanical Systems include Floor Panels, Air Duct, Tubes and Pipes, Insulations, Linings, Cockpit Furniture.

Your Tasks will include:

• Define and ensure the industrial system (IS) and manufacturing reference standard for ProcurementMulti-Functional Team (MFT) for all programs in order to properly develop and influence thebusiness strategy
• Manage all IS and ME (Manufacturing Engineering) requirements for development and newintroduction of suppliers
• Provide the ME Inputs to actively contribute to the supplier selection process, analyzing the"Industrial capability" of the potential suppliers during the Call For Tender phase (CFT)
• Provide IS and Manufacturing Engineering (ME) expertise to cost reduction, work transfer, newproduct introduction (NPI) and delivery issues related to the related MFT
• Lead and coordinate all IS and ME deliverables into the P Commodity MFT cost reduction projects,new industrialization and work transfer Projects by strong and agile Leadership
• Escalate relevant operational IS and ME topics to the MFT (technical abnormality, etc)
• Deliver improvement ideas for external process optimization

Your Skills and Wualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a comparable technical field
• Professional experience in manufacturing engineering, technical documentation, and contract management
• Businessfluent English skills
• The ability to quickly understand and analyze technical concepts and functionalities
• Independent, structured, and results-oriented working style to achieve objectives on time andcoordinate workflows efficiently
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all Levels
• Willingness to travel (max. once per month, within Europe)
