AIRBUS: HR Project & Support Specialist (d/f/m) in Immenstaad am Bodensee

Note: The position is fixed-term until 31 March 2027, with a possible option for extension.

Your Responsibilities:

• Supporting the planning and implementation of transformation and change projects
• Creating presentations, guidelines, and communication materials for internal change processes
• Preparation and follow-up for internal workshops and change events
• Generating and preparing regular HR reports and key metrics
  Supporting general administrative tasks in the day-to-day operations of the HR department
• Shaping local HR processes and templates linked to AI
  Support managing the application process
• Maintaining the talent pool and actively approaching potential candidates
• Supporting employment marketing activities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a comparable qualification
• At least 2-3 years of solid professional experience in human resources (e.g. as an HRGeneralist or Junior HR Business Partner)
• Sound basic knowledge of operational recruiting
• Proven experience in supporting change processes
• Experience with reporting expected
• Mandatory experience with employment marketing activities
• Experience with standard HR systems (ideally Workday, SAP)
• Sound understanding of the potential applications of AI in HR (e.g. for processoptimization)
• Business-fluent German and English language skills
• Analytical thinking and a strong affinity for numbers
• A precise, self-reliant way of working
• Strong willingness to actively help shape new technologies
