You don't need to tick all of the following boxes. A determined mind driven to learn will take you very far:You bring several years of experience building or running a high-performing social business, driving top-notch processes and business development. You bring experience in or have led progressive fundraising, including personally securing major gifts from prospect research through stewardship. You have experience shaping organizational or programmatic strategy, ideally across multiple entities or geographies. You have a talent for building relationships and communicating clearly, which gives you the credibility to represent CSP to donors, academic partners, and industry stakeholders.Ideally, you bring an existing network in sustainable finance, impact investing, or philanthropy, with an understanding of family offices, UHNW investing, and philanthropic decision-making.You have an understanding of the challenges and opportunities in impact investing for wealth holders, or the willingness to develop one.
