The Reception Unit (UAP) is advertising for a Head of UAP position on a permanent contract at 100%.The Reception Unit (UAP) is advertising for its social living sector the following position: Head of UAP on a permanent contract at 100%.Mission:Under the responsibility of the UAP manager, the Head ensures the proper functioning of the socio-professional sector of the unit.They guarantee the quality of reception, support, and follow-up of the residents.They coordinate multidisciplinary teams in collaboration with the head nurse and contribute to the development of institutional projects promoting autonomy, inclusion, and recovery of residents.They are also in charge of monitoring the quality of the unit.Your profile:- Diploma in ES, HES, or a title deemed equivalent.- Recognized training in local management.- Complementary training in the field of social work constitutes an asset.- Confirmed experience as well as solid knowledge of the activities and functioning of a social or medico-social institution.- Proven experience in support as well as in the social and professional reintegration of people.- Skills in team leadership, organization, and priority management.- Ability to coordinate, mobilize, and support a multidisciplinary team, to manage complex situations, and to make appropriate decisions.Workplace: Reception UnitStart date: September 1st or by agreementApplication deadline: August 3rd jid9b18fa7aen jit0728aen jpiy26aen
