A Nurse on Duty at 60-80%
Your daily role:
Main point of contact for external partners (SECOSS, hospitals, pharmacies, doctors, etc.), you manage care requests and ensure clear, precise, and structured communication to the relevant teams. You also provide effective telephone support to operational teams.
Your profile:
- A Bachelor’s degree in nursing sciences or an equivalent qualification; - Experience in home help and care (an advantage); - Excellent stress management and ability to handle complex situations; - Ability to prioritise tasks and manage emergencies effectively; - Organisational skills, rigour, and autonomy in work; - Very good interpersonal skills, with ease in communication; - Knowledge of the canton’s health, social, and associative network; - Reflectiveness and adaptability; - Proficiency in common IT tools.
