As a true point of reference, you will contribute to prevention and psychosocial support, while promoting autonomy and social inclusion.

By working closely with multidisciplinary teams, you will play an essential role in keeping our clients at home.

What we are looking for:- A degree in nursing or equivalent title; - A CAS in mental health(experience in psychiatric care is an asset); - Experience in the field of home help and care (an asset); - Ability to work withina multidisciplinary team and independently; - Knowledge of the health, social, and medical network of the Canton; - Reflexivity and an ability to manage priorities; - Proficiency in standard tools; - Vehicle owner (comfortable with mountain driving).
